    Supps on cycle

    Im currently taking Dymatize Xpand and Scivation xtend as my pre and intra supps. Xpand is a stimed creatine/arginine/bcaa mix and xtend is bcaa's and eaa. Im gonna start my first test e cycle on monday and wanted to know if I should continue taking my supps or stop. Ive heard that creatine isnt good on cycle neither is an N.O. booster due to BP. Just wondering if theres any truth to this. I figure it cant hurt to keep taking the xtend at least.

    Rubbish.

    I take Creatine Mono all the time (months on, 2-3 weeks off). Some save it for PCT to give them an extra kick.

    I take BCAA's, Leucine, Creatine Mono, MilkThistle, Om ega3, VitC, MultiVit etc...

    Im made nice gains with myozene while i was on sust ....plus i was taking platium hydowhey, animal pak , and bcaa's

    I know a lot of people that will just use all that stuff with there pct. All my friends that have done a cycle before say that pumps are so good you don't need a pre work out such as no2 or whatever you use. I also used cycle assist twice a day when I was doing PH's. Of course you would want to stay on your fish oil and vitamins also.

    I vote save everything for pct and after. You dont need anything really if your diet is in check. Of course milti-vit, protein powder is good though while on.

    The only theoretical reasoning that makes sense to me would be th no boosters causing bp to get to high? But again, its just a test e cycle so in all honesty its probably not going to hurt you if that is your question.

    But as far as recommendation- i would save most of it like bj said til pct and so on. If you diet perfect and use 500-600mg's of test e a week then you should be fine with a good pct, especially if it will include all of those supps?

    What is your planned pct after this?

    Thanks, Im gonna keep using the bcaa's and stop the N.O.booster. Ive got my protein, multi, and fish oils, so im good there.

    You can take them on cycle no problem. However I save supplement like NO2 and CREATINE for OFF time periods for when I really need a boost from something thats non-hormonal.
