Wheres your favorite spot to pin?
Since Ill be pinning 2x a week and I work a desk job I'm thinking in my ass out of the question since it hurts where you pin correct?
Oh btw this is my 1st cycle, so Im also wondering if it always hurts for the majority of people or only some people?
If I pin my quad will it hurt to walk? And if so I obviously wouldnt want to do my quad a day or two before doing my leg workout so Im going to need 2 or 3 good sites to pin without causing too much discomfort.

If you're only pinning 2x a week you should be fine with glute, I would stay away from quads. I also like delts or pecs

So far for me:
Right glute, ouch. Meaning it was hard to sit down....
Right delt, pain to touch for days.
Right quad, forget about it. Dumb mistake was doing legs same day. Me dumbass..
Left Delt, still sore from yesterday.
My question. Am I shooting too quickly? Maybe 30 secs max per 250mg.
My gear is Test E. Brand is N in 1ml amps

i find quads easy to do, along with, pecs, bi's and delts

just an fyi I pinned my glute for the first time 3 days ago and have less pain than a tetnis shot

i pinn each quad once a week... first week minor pain then none from there on out. i even do leg workuts the day i pin

I'm running a cycle of Norma Test E and it doesn't matter where I pin....no pain whatsoever. That being said I've only learned how to pin in delts and glutes and I've gotten good at them so I just rotate between the four spots, both glutes and both delts. I do find pinning in the delts to be more enjoyable...if one could call it enjoyable.

I like glute, shoulders, and tris. Or anyware else, but quad I always hit a fkn nerve, and bleed.

I have yet to start my cycle but how are you guys taking 30seconds to inject such a small amount of fluids?

Use a 20g 1 1/2in jab it like a dart. lol. U can get the oil out easy and it goes in pretty quick. Unless your pinning ur tri or bi prob a 23g takes a bit longer.

Glutes, Delts, Biceps, Pecs = the best injection sites.
The worst (in order -- IMO) = 1.) quads 2.) calves 3.) tricep

Oh man trust me it's totally mental. I was mad freaked out originally. (that innate fear that you're going to hit your heart for some reason )
Anyways, after about 5 minutes of sitting staring at the mirror I just manned up.. the only pain is the needle breaking your skin.
I get my girlfriend to do my injections now, it's 1000% times easier. haha
I use a 5/8 25g.... but I know buddies who stick full 1-inch 23g w/ no problems.

You can use a 23g for sure.
I wouldn't personally use a 20g... but if you're extremely beast then ya you could probably pull it off. lol.
half and half? no...
as long as it isn't more then 1 - 1.25cc it can all fit in one pec. (it's not like it's going to make that muscle bigger then your other pec! lol... unless you get temporary swelling from prop or something..

Don't know why no one loves calves, there the easiest place to inject imo, and the pain isn't that bad, its even less training your calves hard, as long as you dont walk all day you should be fine! ~ (I like glutes also but they hurt badly to start with)

OUCH!!! I dont think I could do that....
I do the quads 2x a week without any pain. Best thing you can do is inject SLOW. I can barely see the plunger move. I take a good full 2+ min to inject.
I did the glutes for the first time last night. Got a little tender but not bad. I dont like it, to hard to aspirate .

I used to like doing it in my left eye, but after it went blind, I switched to my quads. It's a lot less painful. I'd do my glutes, but it's awkward to reach back there, and I'd find I tricky to aspirate properly. With my quads, I can be sure I'm in the muscle properly every time.
The first few times I did it, my leg felt pretty sore the next day. Kinda like doing a hard leg workout after not working out for a few months. But that only happened the first few times. Now when I do it, it feels pretty much fine the next day. And I'm using a 21gage too!Last edited by SunHangDo; 02-22-2010 at 04:29 AM.
