Since Ill be pinning 2x a week and I work a desk job I'm thinking in my ass out of the question since it hurts where you pin correct?
Oh btw this is my 1st cycle, so Im also wondering if it always hurts for the majority of people or only some people?
If I pin my quad will it hurt to walk? And if so I obviously wouldnt want to do my quad a day or two before doing my leg workout so Im going to need 2 or 3 good sites to pin without causing too much discomfort.
