    all legal cycle

    ok guys ive been talking to some people on here and doing a shit load of reading, and came to the conclusion i dont want to take illegal steroids till im older. so i have set up another cycle but instead of steroids im using legal supps. i need some good tips and ideas what to put in this cycle of mine and would greatly appreciate it if yall would help.

    i was thinking of maybe using some of these products

    6-OXO this raises both kinds of test but raises your natural higher
    superpump 250
    mag-10
    novadex gaspri nutrition ive used this product before and saw ok results but i heard using the real nolvadex is better
    true mass


    please feel free to put your input in on these supps and others if they come to mind.

    Mag-10?? I believe at one point or another was a steroid. Just cause its legal doesn't make it any less powerful or harmful

    Remember its not about the supplements you take to get big, the basics are what get you big training, diet, rest

    ive been hitting the weights for 6 yrs but the last 2 is where i have made my big changes in strength

    ive got a great diet down, but probly needs a little tweaking to get more protein.

    im taking this right now
    multi-vit
    2600BCAA
    omega 3 fish oil
    500 mg of tribulus

    But not only protein, carb sources and the all forgotten fats. These are all important for growth

    Well if you don't wanna plunge into illegal steroids understand that Mag-10 is a steroid and you will need PCT after the cycle. So your reasoning of not starting illegal AAS seems fuzzy to me. Believe it or not alot of these oral compounds on the market are stronger than test

    i get plenty of carbs actually 500 carb calories over my goal a day, so my diet has been doing really good. also i cook with extra virgin olive oil and i eat omega 3.
    thank you for letting me know about the mag-10. i do not want to take AAS. but any legal supps im down for

    But remember just cause its legal does not mean its not an AAS. The companies are finding loop holes in the legal system by tweaking the chemicals in for them to pass.

    And on the supplements like super pump and true mass, just follow the directions on the label lol

    well 6 oxo and novadex xt will raise natural test but they are chemicals and are not natural so you would fail a drug test as an athlete. I wouldn't use it at your age.

    I'd go with the basics for supplements

    creatine monohydrate
    AAKG
    beta alaine
    caffeine
    BCAA's

    Protein shakes are fine but I'd ditch the mass gainers if you are looking to avoid putting on more fat due to the carb sources from such.

    So isn't the last batch of mag-10 made like over 5 years ago? Would it still be safe to take after so long and would it still be effective?

    do yourself a favour and dont waste money on trib, doesnt do shit, period. hmb, creatine, zma and good protein supps are all you need, you'd be amazed how much hmb and zma will boost your strength

    No offense bro, but you seem to post some dumb shit. Look you're not old enough for AAS, which I can tell you all ready know. Hey good on you for doing your research, but to keep suggesting doing some so called "cycles" of this dumb shit just makes you sound ignorant. Real quick, the term "cycle" comes from a defined amount of time that an individual uses a drug "a steroid, oral or injectible" for a defined amount of time. The fact that you keep using the term cycle to refer to creatine and such other things makes you sound ignorant. Now to answer your question, take creatine mono, whey protein, multivitamin. You are "good to go" for these supplements. After a few years of research, diet, and training, you MAY be ready to "cycle". That's all you need right now. If you don't see results then one of the above things is wrong, most likely your diet.

    I think he was saying cycle because he was going to take nolv, 6-oxo, and creatine, all supps you prolly wouldnt want to take .........forever so, he would run them for a while and then stop, kind of like a cycle. Just because he isnt doing aas doesnt mean he cant use the term. People "cycle" creatine.. and everyone in the thread knew exactly what he meant, so not use in bashing him.

    Creatine, in my book, is amazing, gives me a lot of strength...
    then take the norm, bcaa, fish oil, multiV, i have read that nolvadex lowers bf% in the bodybuilding diet book, Bodypus. So maybe give it a go.. but really so does caffein, clen, or an ECA stack, so its up to you
