Carb cycling and properly timed cardio
so waht would you say like 45 min a day, I have an endomorphic body I heard that its better for a guy like me to split that up throughout the day, and can you be specific when you say carb cyclying.

Cardio done first thing in the morning on a empty stomach (NO FOOD!! includes protein shakes) low intensity, heart rate at 115-130 bpm and/or PWO
