    need to keep mass but lose body weight at the same time any suggestions??

    Carb cycling and properly timed cardio

    so waht would you say like 45 min a day, I have an endomorphic body I heard that its better for a guy like me to split that up throughout the day, and can you be specific when you say carb cyclying.

    Rotate the amount of carbs you eat each day through the week High/med/low/no

    Cardio done first thing in the morning on a empty stomach (NO FOOD!! includes protein shakes) low intensity, heart rate at 115-130 bpm and/or PWO
