how long after test cycle before cutting
hey guys..
5'11
205lbs
4500 cals/day
went from 13%bf to 17%bf.
i just ended my 12 wk test e cycle last week. 500mg/week. i made some great gains but for some reason gained alot of bf. diet was very strict. i am starting my pct next week.
I was wondering when i can start a winstrol cycle? i have never ran winstrol before but know many pals who had great success with it.
if you can find any reason to flame, please dont.. i accept constructive criticism but i dont flame so please dont flame me. thanks bros!

I would wait till after pct but get that diet in check cuase you def gained a bit of fat. Cutting and bulking is all about diet, taking winny is not going to help you lose fat if you dont have your diet in check.

its funny though because i have no idea where all that fat came from. My diet was the same as it has been for months before the cycle. usually when i use test i lose bf. its that damn desk job i started 5 moths ago. even an hour on the treadmill cant make up for it. thanks bj, ill wait til after the pct. its also funny because people have comment that i bulked up alot but also look like i lost alot of bf.

lol. Well maybe you should post your diet in the diet section, maybe there is something wrong with it that you just dont see. Good luck man.

Dont run winstrol . I would get bloodwork done, and once your base test levels have returned to normal I would alter my diet, up my cardio and do a cut.

idk personally i could never cut without being on a cycle...i would lean bulk until your able to start another cycle agian (time on=time off)
maybe do:
test p/winny or something simple like that for your next cycle...definitely look into test p

im almost 23 in april. where does it say 21? i am going to post my diet asap and hopefully fix myself through altering.. i already have 2 strict cardio days and on the other days i do half hr of cardio too.
