final look at cut cycle

ok so my stats are 5'9 197 12%bf lifting BB style for 3 years straight
cycle history: 1st cycle; 50mg dbol/day 500mg test e wk 50mg wini
2nd cycle: 50mg dbol/day 500mg sust/wk 50 mg winni
proposition for 3rd cycle
Prop 100mg/eod wk1-12
Mast 150mg/eod wk 1-12
Wini 75mg/day 7-12
PCT:
Nolva/Clomid 40/20/20/20 100/50/50/50

my diet is in check, Fireguy, and training is higher reps 10-50 hitting 50 in final blowout occasionally. i am using this cycle for prep to a show and am looking to maintain my current body weight but change the bf significantly.

also i have never had issues with sides but this is also the heaviest cycle that i have ran. i am prone to bloat and am wondering whether a-dex @.25mcgs eod would help keep the bloat in control and if so then should i just go ahead and run it or judge by how my body reacts to this cycle???? what other could i use to combat the bloat if not a-dex??? any and all thoughts appreciated

I would run the dex...Its easier to prevent the sides that to try to get rid of them after you have them. I dont think you would hold a ton of water on that cycle anyways...But better safe than sorry. Nolva could also work to keep the water down if you would rather go that way. (I like dex better.)

now with adding the dex i hear that their are strength loss due to the dex. what is yours and any others feelings on this?

the mast and winny should prevent you from having any bloat problems

but adex would be good.

if it was me id run the cycle 8-10 weeks

but i just like shorter cycles.

also... id recommend to run everyday shots. itll be better for ya. easier on sides and smoother with gains

I dont think you will need the a-dex seeing that your running masteron, but ive got to say I wouldnt run masteron until your 10%bf and under, kind of a waste IMHO. Watch out for the winny drying your joints.

I would be start cutting now by cleaning everything up try and rop some bf, start the Test P and drop the BF further then when your under 10% introduce the masteron, then the winny at the back end.

yea once i started doing ED shots with prop during my last cycle i will not go back...less sides, better gains...plus IMO i like pinning ed over eod because with eod you enjoy that day you dont pin and then when you have to pin agian your like ughhh gotta pin....plus with ED your shots are half of what you would do EOD

lol i thought you just gave youself advice haha...had to re read that like 10 times

Masteron is kind of pointless if your not lean to begin with because it hardens you up and gives you some decent strength and being over 10% you will not see the effects of it hardening you because your bodyfat is too high

sorry if i confuse you, i can confuse myself at times. sothat second part makes sense to me. i am working on getting it down and i might be nearing that 10% mark soon but will get tested this week and see what the verdict is.

did you switch to pinning ED mid cycle????

id say because the most ive ever done it is twice a week so i'll get some Vagisil and get over it

hell my first AAS cycle was test p @ 100mg eod and got use to pinning right away, you will be fine

thanks man well as soon my training partner gets his gear we begin. i can't wait to be off and running. should i pin the mast ED as well or leave that at EOD?

doesnt matter but if your pinning everyday might as well pin everything ed
