    How do I diet?

    I need help understanding what my diet should be to get my abs to show through the skin. I eat three squares a day and eat nuts between meals. I have good muscle symmetry but I can't seem to get the abs to show.

    You eat three squares? what do you mean? also this is in the wrong section, should have been posted in the diet section.

    He means that he eats three square meals. Basically, three meals per day which include meats, vegetables, fruits and complex carbs... basically.

    OP, listen to Redz... post this in the diet section. Congrats on considering a diet change- smart choice

    So you wanna learn how to Diet?
    start off with watching that taking notes, then come up with a proposed diet and post it in the diet section.

    Agreed with the above. I eat 6 - 8 times a day and while at work I eat pretty much ALL day long.
