    First cutting cycle

    Height: 6'0
    Weight:210lb
    Age: 26
    LBM: 152
    TDEE: 3347
    Cycle Exp: 1 cycle over a year ago, possibly next one this May if I reach my current goals
    BF%:18%

    Im planning on running a cutting cycle that will be something like 500 mg of sust/week and 50 mg of winny daily for possibly 12 weeks but not exactly sure at this moment. I doubt this is ideal but its what i've got so far. Pros/cons, suggestions,help, and ideas are welcome

    If diet is in check AAS can assist you in "cutting" I would say from my experience and knowledge i have acquired 99.9% of cutting is all in the diet. go into a caloric deficit hit cardio up twice a day once on an empty stomach in the am and again in the pm. couple that with an intense weight training split and bam your cut! Try carb restriction, look into the anabolic diet works great (http://www.australia-bodybuilding.co...lic%20Diet.pdf) ill leave aas recommendations to the others.

    I would not run winny for 12 weeks. Cutting or bulking is all baised on diet/cardio/workout routine. You probably need to get your diet in check first man 18%bf is a little high. You can make great gains naturally for awhile. Dont rule out the may 1st deadline. But you should try to hit 14% imo. Which if you get your diet in check you should be able to do or come close to it.

    Yeah i already do 45 misn of cardio in the am on an empty stomach every day before classes but only 20min at the end of my workout mid day. My diet is pretty good too but i find i dont have the energy anymore to lift hard an an workout at a faster pace an giving my muscles less rest time. I tried adding some shitty carbs for some energy but didnt do a lot and i havent lost any weight in the past 3 weeks. So im now trying out a cutting cycle to help me make faster progress, this way i wontl ose as much muscle mass while cutting since i have test in me an it will also add to the cutting part on top of the winny. I think.. lol thats why im here to make sure its all alright

    Mhm 18 is a little high but that was off of an electrical bf% machine thingy while i was on my cycle last year and ive heard that those things are very inaccurate. So i should be lower but i havent been able to drive out to the shop that does it cause my classes are pretty busy an a lot of work is handed out. Im lucky the gym is on the college campus connected my class's building or id never be able to workout lol

    I got cha. Give that anabolic diet link a look see its some good stuff to cut up quick. Also "Vishus" has a mean pre contest diet he posted and hes in phenomenal shape if yo u wanna give that a search.

    Ive watched all those videos a while back actually I havent heard of Vishus tho.. would you mind linking me to it?

    **workouts changed rarely; this is what worked best for me, rest between sets was no more than 20-30 seconds. Get a huge pump and get out and to cardio haha





    CARDIO SCHEDULE:

    WEEKS 1-4: 40MINUTES TREADMILL AM ONLY
    WEEKS 5-8: 60 MINUTES POST WORKOUT ONLY
    WEEKS 9-12: 90 MINUTES (45 IN AM AND 45 POST WORKOUT)
    WEEKS 13-16: 120 MINUTES (60 IN AM AND 60 POST WORKOUT)

    6 whole eggs seems like a lot for a cutting diet. But i like some of the other things in that diet, I might give it a shot just because its very easy lol, i wud only need to get chicken breast over an over an 1 steak for each day.

    I also still need to know how long its recommended to run a cutting cycle using sust an winny from someone out there.

    personally if I was going to run winny I would run it the last 4 weeks of cycle

    Thing is I dont want to do a full bulking, getting huge cycle right now. I just want to cut an get in optimum shape for my next bulking cycle. Thats why i want to just do this on its own so i can focus on just cutting.

    Winny is very taxing on your liver Bro not to mention the drying of your tendons
    I wouldnt do it. You got tabs too Don't you they are even worse on the liver than injecting just my .02

    I dont have any of my gear yet. I just have a friend in uni that says he knows someone who he gets his gear from an he can pick some up for me.
