work out 3 to 4 times a week just enough to stay half way in shape.
diet -eat 4 to 5 meals a day pretty clean high protien.
wanted to try a mild cycle.have done alot of research and was gonna go with
primo 400mg ew and test cyp 250 or 300mg ew.Not looking for 20lbs or anything like that just 10 or 12lbs of quality muscle thats easy to keep.
what would be the best pct for this cycle.would i be better off just running the cyp or just the primo instead? was just gonna run the primo but didnt want any sex problems.want to keep sides as low as possible.
