HCG during cycle

I just wanted to see how ppl run their HCG during cycle. I've read on here that ppl inject it e3d, normally with their test e and with those injections they notice little to no teste atophy? I also read that you should inject 250-500ius ed? Which way do you guys do? Is it the same for bridging the cycle with pct. Is injecting HCG e3d the best way to use it? Thanks guys any help will be appreciated.

I'd have you on 250ius 2x week, rather than a large dose of 500ius. Some require 500ius 2x week though.

Start the HCG in this first 1-2 weeks and run until 5-7 day away from PCT.

If you feel the potency start to dwindle (10,000 IU vial towards the end of the cycle... etc) up it to 300x2 a week. works great.

I don't think you should run HCG during pct. However, bridging your cycle and pct with HCG seems ok. If you take HCG too long your body will not produce test and rely on the HCG your injecting, defeating the purpose of pct. What you guys think?
