Final thoughts before beginning cycle

Hey all, looking into starting my first cycle within a month or so, just tryin to educate myself as much as possible first.
I will more than likely be doing a 12 week cycle of Test Enanthate @ 500mg/week, should i be injecting the 500mg all in one hit? or should i split it up into 250mg shots 3.5 days apart?
I will be getting some nolva and clomid for PCT, and some letro incase of gyno symptons during the cycle, i probably wont need the letro but i will grab one just incase i ever need it.
Finally, im not sure if i can mention the website, but is www.ar-r.com a trusted source with good products? i will be purchasing the nolva/clomid and letro in the liquid form, are they just as effective?
Does that all sound about right? anything else i may need?

24 years old
training for about 4-5 years now
around 190lb 5"9'

Goal is to add some lean muscle mass, but nothing to extreme, i already have a good base to work with after around 5 years of training, and i feel i've reached my genetic limit where i am finiding it very hard to put on more mass or go up significantly on compound movements

body fat will really dictate where you need to set your next goals... the lower the better if you are desiring to use steroids...

24 is still young in my op, have you had any blood tests showing your present test levels?

well 25 in may, i think i am more than ready to give steroids a go, and i've been cutting all crap out of my diet in the hope to lose more bf.
and no i havnt had bloodwork done, really just wanted to know if i was on the right track in my first post.
you dont know how many mates i have that just jump on the roids with no experience or knowledge, just cos they wana get big quick, or have an event coming up or something, now that is plain stupid
