    !!!BULK BULK BULK cycle (all advice great help)!!!

    Hey guys any advice would be greatly appreciated! Im pretty sure on what I want to do but just want to see what u all think... First of all the reason im doing this is for competition not cosmetic reasons. Im training for my first comp and I want to bulk as much before i have to start cutting. My diet is great and im getting gains from that which im happy with, im sleeping right and recovering right training ver hard but i want to take it to the next level.

    These are my stats:

    Age: 25
    Height: 173cm
    Weight: 78kg
    BF%: 16%
    Cycle Exp: 1 other cycle of deca only (No PCT)
    PCT Knowledge: Very little
    Training Exp: 2 years, last year very hard and heavy
    Diet: Im dieting to clean bulk at the moment

    This is my cycle please give any advice

    Weeks 1-10 500mg sus a week.
    Weeks 1- 10 200mg of deca a week.
    Weeks 1- 10 (Monday to Friday) 3 x 10mg dianabol tablets a day

    To be completely honest I dont have much PCT knowledge of what??? and when??? to take it.

    Drop the deca,
    Run your sus for 10-12 weeks at 500mgs per wks,
    dbol 1-4 wks 30mgs
    pct- nolva 40/20/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50

    run the dbol every day not that Monday -Friday crap like Marcus said 30mg but do it every day

    If you are 5'10 and 170lbs @16% body fat you are more than one cycle/one year away from getting on stage. If I made a mistake in the conversion of your numbers I apologize.

    Also, I know you stated your diet is great but given the stats you posted I have a hunch there may be more than a little bit of room for improvement there as well. You should post your current diet in the diet section get some feedback. I think you will be surprised at what kind of progress you can make when you are eating the right foods in the right amounts.

    Trust me my diet is very very good! I haven't posted it hear before but I have on muscular development and have changed a few lil things from the feedback I got there. My diet gives me weight gains of about 2-3 kg a month and the strength gains are amazing. I came from 70kg and now I'm 79kg so Thera not an issue there. Maib I won't be ready for a comp according to u but I just want to get in there experience and learn from there, I'm not expecting to win just to giv it my best. I'm pretty happy with my cycle and how I'm going to do it, o will take on board not doing 5 days with th d-bol and do 7 days instead. But I do need help with the pxt side of it, when to take??

    I don't understand why everyone thinks there diet is amazing.. I'm always puzzled when it comes to this, if you've been training for 2 years and only went from 70kg to 79kg, there is certainly a problem with your diet.

    and doing another cycle isn't gonna fix this, your diet needs to be in check, before you start a cycle or else there no point to cycle. and considering your 171 pounds there alot of improovement to be done,

    so how about your brief us on your daily diet, and then we might be able to help you get on stage.

    I never said my diet was amazing i said the results i am getting are. I have been training for two years not on this diet though. Iv been using this diet for about 5 and a half months now, not been doing it for two years. I train very hard and heavy as i said. Maybe I haven't been training long enough by some people's standards to do a cycle but thats my choice. Although I would never consider doing a cycle if I didnt have everything else in check first, i.e. training, recovery and diet...
    All this food is weighed after cooking and by protein source I mean either chicken, kangaroo, tuna or beef meat...

    Meal 1:
    8 eggs, 3 whole with two pieces wholegrain or 150 oats
    Then 4 Fish oil
    Then Protein shake - 40 grams Total Science Whey Protein
    - 5 grams Glutamine
    - 5 grams BCAA

    Meal 2:- 2-2.5 hrs later and from then on-
    200g tuna
    300g of rice or sweet potato
    100g veggies
    3 fish oil

    Meal 3,
    150-200g of protein source (food weight)
    300g-400g Veg
    4 fish oil

    Meal 4
    150-200g of protein source (food weight)
    300g Veg
    200 Sweet Potato
    4 fish oil

    Meal 5 (1 hr before gym)
    200g tuna
    300g of rice or sweet potato
    100g veggies
    3 fish oil

    During Gym Shake (all total science brand)
    - 5 grams glutamine
    - 5 grams bcaa
    - 5 grams creatine
    - 15 grams gatarode powder for flavor

    Post Gym Shake (all total science brand)
    - 40 grams slow release WPI protein
    - 5 grams glutamine
    - 10 grams bcaa
    - 5 grams creatine

    Meal 6 (after gym)
    200g tuna
    300g of rice or sweet potato
    100g veggies
    3 fish oil

    Meal 7 (before bed)
    150-200g of protein source (food weight)
    300g-400g Veg
    4 fish oil

    I snack on almonds in between meals.

    So please look at my diet and let me know what u think.

    Also anymore advice on the cycle would also be appreciated.
