HGH welts HELP!

I started taking ********** about 2 weeks ago and everything was going good until a week or so into it then I started developing these red itchy welts with lumps. I'm taking 4 IU a day split up and mixing each 8IU vial with 1ml of bacteriostatic water. I've done some research but haven't found anything solid. It could be a few things from what I've read. The needles, the water, the way I'm injecting, or I'm allergic to it. The last one scares me, I've read where people just deal with it for a few weeks and it will go away eventually but do you want to really want to put something in your body that isn't agreeing with you? Doesn't sound smart, I have also read that shooting it intramuscular has prevented it. Does anyone know exaclty what causes this?
