i am coming to the end of a test prop/var cycle that i was using to help get me ready for a particular sports competition. things went good, i got in great shape and took first place. i'm due to come off test in two weeks but i'm thinking about doing another competition again in early april.
i know that is too soon to do another cycle of test. is there anything else anybody would recommend to help me with my training?
I was wondering if i could continue with my pct but get back on a var-only cycle even if it's just 4 or 5 weeks leading up to the comp. would that be a bad thing?
Any recommendations would be helpful.
i can always just fly solo but anything that would help with recovery would be a plus.
