hi i have been going to the gym for about 6 months now i have been following a good diet getting all the essentials and have been using usn pure protein and iso2 creatine monohydrate i have notice some gaines i have lost 5% body fat feel stronger i go to the gym 6 days a week but i am not reaching the gains i would like. i am 26 years old male and i am thinkin of trying muscletech hydroxycut hardcore x! has anyone used this? also if anyone has any other suggestions that would be appreciated. i am a little skeptical about using gear i have done a bit of reading up on them but the sides are putting me of(like most of us) if anyone could help cheers,kev![]()
