Cycle help

OK so Im 26 6ft 202 12%bf. I have been lifting for 3 years now and ready to try a cycle. I did a test C when i was 20 but was young and dumb about it. So i picked up some stuff from a friend and now have 2 10ml of Sustaplex 325, 2 10ml Equiplex 200, and 1 10ml Trenaplex E200. He also has some Anadrol and winnie he said i could have. So my question is what cycle should i make out of this? What PCT should i do? I DONT WANT GYNO? Any info would be great and thanks for the help.

just run test at 500 mg/wk . No need to run all those orals with it

wk1-12 sust @ 500mg per wk
wk1-10 equiplex @ 400 per wk
wk7-12 trenaplex @ 400 per wk.
Im thinking i really want to run the winnie with the tren to cut up in the end. What about PCT?

Way too many compounds for a second cycle, diet and cardio will determine if you get cut not simply adding tren and winnie. That is also just a badly laid out cycle.

Well thats y i asked. Any help? I know that im going to have to do cardio a diet. From what i read the two together is a great help. I know i only have a small amount of knowledge thats y im here asking for help.

Id run nolva and clomid for pct @

nolva 40/20/20/20 ed
clomid100/50/50/50 ed

I would have an AI on hand in case gyno symtoms appear
