these steroids i receive monthly could you tell me how to make them work for me. before i go to work i take 37.5 mg of primatene which i hope is used as ephedra 400 mg of caffeine 325 mg of aspirin. test c 10cc vial @ 200 test e 5cc vial @ 200 testim gel @ 50mg arimidex @ 1mg pramipexole @ .50mg cytomel @.50mg hcg @ 60,000 iu 6 vials i am overweight at 250 lbs. only 5ft.9 i want to workout not sure how or how much i am on the treadmill an hour a day not sure if thats enough can anyone help me.

Give us some stats to begin with age,height,weight bf%, cycle history, work out experience etc.
