Gyno Reversal Question

I have gone over Cbino thread on letro, and WarMachines on nolva. War's seems to have better scientific facts but which is best. Now if on cycle and gyno pops up lets say week 7 of an 8 week cycle which protocol should you follow and can you use both? 40mg of Nolva and use of Letro to reverse gyno or do the 2 not work well at the same time. Would Arimidex and Nolva be a good solution?
