I have had 7 ( seven?!?!?!?!) kidney stones in my life. All have been different, from having them surgically removed to passing them with no pain killers. In the last 5 years ( When my steroid use has gotten way out of hand) I have had absolutely no kidney stones.
Wierd, huh?
i had kidney stones when competitive cycling a long time back. and whilst training about a month ago
this was due to lack of water intake for the intensive training i was doing
I have 4 in me now, had one removed before and that sucked! Several things cause them, eating a lot of meat, not drinking enough water, something in sweet tea, and I've read once before that abusing medications can, I don't know how true that one is. If you drink tap water it is recommended to put some lemon in it. Some people are just more vulnerable to them, unfortunately I'm one of them!
damn...all of your stories seem painful..thanks for the info though
None so far, lets keep it that way.
