I want to start off by sayin that I am 24 5'10" 195 pounds approx 14% BF. I am currently in my second week taking A-50 50mg ED/4 weeks Prop 400 mg/14 weeks EQ 400mg/14 weeks and will finish with my PCT.This cycle is my third. I beileve I will be happy with my size after this cycle but I am concerned with my BF levels. What kind of cardio would you guys reccomend while on the sauce? Should you do more or less while you are cycling? I have had some friends mention trying the keto diet but that isnt something I should attemt while juicing is it? I really am just looking for some solid ideas and opinions. I would post some pics but I lost my camera recently. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
