    Question What do you guys think?

    I want to start off by sayin that I am 24 5'10" 195 pounds approx 14% BF. I am currently in my second week taking A-50 50mg ED/4 weeks Prop 400 mg/14 weeks EQ 400mg/14 weeks and will finish with my PCT.This cycle is my third. I beileve I will be happy with my size after this cycle but I am concerned with my BF levels. What kind of cardio would you guys reccomend while on the sauce? Should you do more or less while you are cycling? I have had some friends mention trying the keto diet but that isnt something I should attemt while juicing is it? I really am just looking for some solid ideas and opinions. I would post some pics but I lost my camera recently. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    I assume this is supposed to be a cutting cycle ya? You actually can use keto dieting with cycles, just make sure you get it in check. I hear its really hard to maintain.

    Cardio- i would try doing cardio everyday if you can bro. 14% isn't too high, but you sound like you want single digits on that? Diet and train very hard, with cardio at 45 minutes in the morning on empty stomach. And if you have the energy, do 30 min cardio after. Its a lot but if you are cycling and trying to cut thats your best bet

    Thanks man. I noticed you reccomended 45 min of cardio, does that mean do something other than HIIT?

    Well i got this idea from mg1228, he said stated that your body doesn't really actually start burning off fat until your heart rate has been up in the "fat burning" zone til after 20minutes... So this is why i suggeted this to you. I tried 45 min of just fast walking and it got me bro.

    As for hiit- its hard to judge how many cals you are burning if your heart rate is jumping up and down. But if you notice great progress with hiit then stick with it. I just liked how i felt even the next day after doing 45 min straight of cardio.

    Were you running or just trying to keep your heart rate up at a certain level?

    I was just keeping it at a proper level, actually it got even higher than it was supposed to cuz, for a while i never did cardio. But i just kept a fast paced walk going and let the time go by. I hate it cuz its kinda boring, but at my gym, the treadmill watch the rest of the gym, so i just walked and fantasized about the women in the gym lol. There's a formula to get what your heart rate needs to be at to burn fat, but i can't remember it. I just remembered that mine is around 135 so i got it to around 140bpm and let it ride
