Cycle help please !
Basically I've been working out for just over 6months, and my diets been pretty messy at best. I'll have stints where it's perfectly clean and stints where I'm munching on RUBBISH. I've decided to juice up and I'm doing a cut cycle of Winstrol & Ephedrine (NON ECA), Winstrol at 25mg for a week to ease myself in (seeing as it's my first cycle), then up to 50mg for 5 weeks (6 week cycle in total) and Ephedrine starting with 2 tabs per day, upping it progressively depending on sides & results.
I'm planning on eating completely clean for the whole 6 week cycle, and was wondering if;
1) You could advise me on the cycle?
2) You could advise me on a diet?
I plan on taking Nolvadex as a PCT, possibly with PCS.
Anyone fancy giving me some help?

It doesn't sound like you're ready since you can't maintain a diet. Give us more info....
What are your stats?
Age?
Height?
Weight?
BF%?
Training Experience?
Cycle goals?
How much is 2 tabs of ephedirine???

screw his stats, he has been working out only 6 months...and in that time admits to not being able to keep a clean diet...
there is no way brother that u need or should use winny or any other AAS at this time or in the next couple years...
1. u havent even figured out how to train properly for ur body in 6 months.
2. winny alone is a dissaster
3. learn how to diet, taking AAS are not magic beans, dedication is not 6 months...
go to the diet section, they will help set u up on a cutting diet..
winny will not make u lose weight, diet and cardio will...

Yeah guys I kinda agree now I've really thought about it. But I still have my mind set on running Ephedrine to help me cut fat quickly. Is it possible with a strict diet to run Eph and still maintain/gain lbm ?
I'm 18, 19 in a month (don't give me grief, I know it's a stupid age to even consider steroids and now I'm thinking about it, I'm not going to use them for at least a while)

Never had my bf measured, but I'd assume low 20's
Been training for 6months "seriously", attending religiously 5 days a week, my diet like I said could have been a lot better, but it hasn't been SHOCKING. Before the 6months I did about a year of just going 3/4 times a week and not really knowing what I was doing properly.
My goals are to cut my bf down to below 15% by July (Holiday) but to maintain or even gain lean body mass (if possible).

i would try see what the results are with hard cardio n a good diet and some light weights lots of reps before the use of eph good luck
