Yeah guys I kinda agree now I've really thought about it. But I still have my mind set on running Ephedrine to help me cut fat quickly. Is it possible with a strict diet to run Eph and still maintain/gain lbm ?
I'm 18, 19 in a month (don't give me grief, I know it's a stupid age to even consider steroids and now I'm thinking about it, I'm not going to use them for at least a while)

Never had my bf measured, but I'd assume low 20's
Been training for 6months "seriously", attending religiously 5 days a week, my diet like I said could have been a lot better, but it hasn't been SHOCKING. Before the 6months I did about a year of just going 3/4 times a week and not really knowing what I was doing properly.
My goals are to cut my bf down to below 15% by July (Holiday) but to maintain or even gain lean body mass (if possible).
