    Question Need some advice on gear i have.

    Hey fellas, this is my first post on these forums with a few questions. First of all im 24 bout to be 25 and have been lifting weights ever since 7th grade. by the time HS was over i was burnt out from lifting and tooka year or 2 off. got back to lifting around 20 or 21 and been at it since, usually 3-4 times a day at my gym. When i got back in the gym around 20 -21 i was all natural strickly taking protein powder, trying to eat right and was 5 10' bout 170 with 7% body fat. I kept hitting peaks and started trying new suppz like NO explode, protein, along with cell tech xtreme, which got me over my currents peaks again and up to about 185, then i peaked again. So i stopped everything but the protein powder when i heard about n****shop and went there and a guy sold me a bottle of some type of muscle optimizer, basically a prohormone, and after 8 weeks i was a steady 200-205 (gained a solid 20 lbs) just blowing up the gym every workout. Got strength gains along with some stamina too! After taking the whole bottle and loving the results and everyone telling me i was getting all swole and stuff, i loved it, but now ive been trying to be really causious with what i ingest ( dont want to have liver scerosis anytime soon at this age ) AND on a side note since being off that bottle my nipples have been a little sensitive and i can feel 2 small hard feeling balls forming under them. I didnt do much of a pct after the bottle so im hoping no gyno forms but should i start taking the nolvadex daily before i start my geaar up to make them stop hurting when pressure is put directly on them? OK back on subject. Ive decided to take the leap to the injectables instead of the orals! Ive done quite a bit of research on this site and just decided to create an account, along with a few friends advice (who have done many cycles) on how to take what i have at the moment so i'm not a total newb but def not a pro.

    If anyone has a meal plan while on gear please post a link or maybe your very on plan!

    i've got my workout schedule set ( workout 3-4 times weekly for about and hr and a half maybe less depending on my time ) i do all my core lifts bench, squat, and deadlift separated into each time i hit the gym. plus auxillary exercises (back, tris, bis, stomach, legs, chest, and traps. I do cardio 10 mins before workout to get my blood flowing and 10 min post workout. Would 20 min per workout be enough or do i need to steadily increase my cardio time to like maybe 30 min per workout or more? I know these questions may seem newbish but trust me ive been working out long enough to know what exercises i need to do to gain mass on certain muscle groups, but if anyone has any reccomendations im all ears, but cardio was another question. (because cardio is not exactly my fav thing to do, but i know its crucial when gaining mass)


    So heres the gear atm.
    10 ml vial test cyp 200/ml
    7 ml vial deca 250/ml
    90 arimidex 0.5mg
    60 nolvadex 20 mg
    Plus protein powder, fish oil, b12, l-lysine, digestive enzymes, and some pharmaceutical grade HGH capsules.

    So this is how my buddy told me to run the shit.
    run .5 adex ed 1 week before first injection and .5mg of adex eod during cycle
    run the test cyp at 200mg per week (10 weeks) along with 500 mg of deca weekly for 3.5 weeks. ( or since this is my first cycle should i keep the deca to 250 mg per week for 7 weeks?? ) thats all the deca i have doubt i get more but can.
    Then take 40mg of nolva ed for 3 weeks after last injection for my PCT. and keep the rest of nolva incase any sensitivity occurs. Im hoping to start this the first week in march.

    Ive never done an injection to myself but i think after the first time it wont be as nerve racking! Since this is my first cycle im trying to keep it to the basics and not use a lot of dif. things.

    So there it is, my story. Any input or advice would be greatly apprieciated ! and please no flammers !

    p.s. when taking both the deca and test should i shoot the test in 1 glute and the deca in the other? or both in the same glute?

    First How long ago did you stop the prohormone? No pct after? I would worry as to where your levels are at currently have you had blood work done?

    I stopped it last nov. and took some natural suppz to help boost my test back after the ph for 2 weeks. so its been a good 3 months since ive done anything. Just been training trying to keep up, and know i havent had my blood work done. Everything seems normal but hell that does mean anything real. So is my cycle good to go on those terms?
