well most people on here would say because his test levels are still developing until the age of 21ish... AFAIK 25 doesnt have any scientific reason just general maturity i think. also, elevated levels of estrogen can prematurely close one's growth plates which MAY still be open into one's 20s.

Yeah, thats what I always hear as well. I think its more a maturity thing for me alot of kids that young want to hit the sust and dbol eat mcdonalds and go out drinking all the time. If he has his shit together then obviously he has done his homework and in reality he is a legal adult and can make his own choice in life.
