Has anybody put on muscle during a cutting cycle?
If so did you keep at it after the cycle's end? Just a curious question.

Yes, it is possible...Without gear, no, next to impossible...But with gear, you can definitely replace fat with lean mass if diet is strict.
Best results I've had with cutting + gaining muscle is keeping right at maintenance cals on a VLCD (very low carbohydrate diet).
By the end of 8 weeks, I had replaced about 5lbs of fat with 3 lbs of muscle so I netted out -2, but still had gained on my measurements.
It can be done...

atm ive dropped about 3% bf and added an inch to arms and some good gains through chest shoulders etc.
im on test and tren enth

agreed, test alone did not allow this for me, but tren made pretty good gains while losing fat, it was definitely noticeable. Your diet needs to be PERFECT. I kept my muscle so far and lost even more fat, but my body is good at keeping muscle as long as I do no cardio.
