    deca questions

    hello everyone im a first timer here and just wanted to kno the correct way to do a 8 or 10 week deca cycle wat i need to take with it and wat i dont. i was told that 500mg of deca and 600mg of test is wat i need to do, to prevent the deca dick delima and get maximum gains.I wiegh 145lbs and im 5"8 im 24 yrs old.
    im on a high protien intake diet right now as well. so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The secret is. . . .EAT ALOT. I mean alot and dont shy away from good fats. il let the rest of the gents who are more qualified advise you on your cycle. DBOL may be a nice addition to your cycle inmho.

    yeah iv been eating like a horse and i work out mon-fri 3 hours a day im pushing myself pretty hard and iv seen results but not enough and my workout partner is a beast and he is all natural and he been working out for 8 years its no comparison but good motivation

    Weight training i believe should be no more than 1 hour to an hour 30. at a certain point your doing more damage than good. also as you lift you catabolize muscle. you need to rest your body, it is when your rest, sleep and feed you actually do your growing not your lifting. also look in into glutamine, creatine, and a good eaa supp for post-workout. a good multi is also vital. i like animal pak.

    You should defenitely not be working out three hours a day. By mon-friday do you mean everyday between monday and friday!?

    i work out with light cardio and wieghts everyday and i rest sat and sun

    dont do cardio. you need to GROW. 1 hour of weight training should be the max. You really should gain more weight before doing a steroid cycle. Deca shouldnt be done until your second cycle either. I started juicing at a completely ripped 175lbs at 5'8 3/4. you should get bigger first

    Don't lift 5 days in a row either. 2 max. Lift hard, eat, and rest.

    i will cut down to 1 hour and wat would be a good first cycle to do if any? im trying to figure everything out the right way

    if you HAVE to cycle, which we dont recommend you are ready for yet, it should probably be testosterone-enanthate at 500mg per week for 12 weeks. MAYBE dbol too first four weeks. But you will be much more satisfied gaining naturally first as there is a higher chance of you losing gains after if u do it now

    iv been hearing about dbol is it a pill or shot though i dont kno and could i just take that with proper lifting or can you only take dbol with a cycle

    Some do Dbol only cycles while most don't reccomend it. It's an oral, and a somewhat liver toxic one at that. It would really benefit you a TON to post your training routine in the training forum and your diet in the diet section. The modifications that the guys here will make to your current regime will be more beneficial than taking steroids.

    i personally think before you jump into AAS you need to do a lot more research. Not bashing you but it just seems like you could grow a lot more naturally before you consider cycling and a lot to learn...

    Bro you need to eat !!!! If you can't gain weight on food , steroids won't help you

    I love the name? Average Mexican male is 5´4´´ and there are little to no mesomorphs around here.

    Gonna steer you in the right direction: Head to the 'diet' section. There is a thread there called " so you wanna learn how to diet" . It's a video, about an hour long, but broken down in parts. It is the single most important thread on this website. Trust me when I say that it will change your life.

    my family is a mixture of ecto and endomorphs i however got stuck with the ecto body type so my metabolism is so fast and it sucks cause i eat and eat and cant hardly gain wieght

    I understand.

    Give it more time and play with your diet. It is a genetic issue with Mexican people. I am the only meso at the gym.

    yeah usually the black guys and white guys are always bigger than the mexicans iv yet to see one of us be bigger than the rest its sad but true

    ok guys iv put on a few pounds eating every 2 hours and a good workout schedule and sleeping more then iv ever slept my bodys not sore anymore after workouts or the following morning i appreciate all the advice before i jumped into a cycle without being ready for it and screwing up my body by being uneducated

    quick question guys my shoulders keep popping wen i bench press its getting pretty painful and i stretch as much as i can before i lift even wen its light wieght they pop is there anything i can take to reduce or help with this problem

    I tried deca with sustanon and dbol ... I think those 3 work very well together, I f your shoulders keep popping while benching you are doing something wrong, not squeezing your shoulderblades together and keeping the elnbows close eonough to your torso during a lift. That would be my guess I have had this problem as well and I fixed it by a proper form.

    You sound like a newbie lifter and you're just looking for a shortcut. Eating right and Wokring out right will give you some solid gains, try hard work, steroids arn't magic
