Trying to get lean instead of huge weird concept
Hey fellas any advice on my cycle additions or take aways and maybe amounts per week and such. Not my first rodeo, but would like to hear any opinions.
My stats
Age 31, 6"4 250Lbs Body fat probably to close to 16%-20% but all in my mid section and chest.

was going to dose my liquids at 100mg
even got some liquid clen
would love growth just dont want to pay for it.

Yea I have been eating extremely clean and my body fat is peeling off I think i am honestly right about 14%but just feel like i am way to soft this year. Last time i tried to get shredded dropped to 220 was cut but felt to tiny for my height. damn work out bug has me all screwed up i get under 240 i start getting paranoid.

Its not his first rodeo like he said..
if he's 14% bf I would give him some advice
Also if its not your first rodeo you should have a better idea of what you want

Ha easy fellas, I know its all about diet and cardio. I was just posting to see about any cycle info that i might not have thought of. Never did a cutting cycle. I played football until this year so being leanner was a byproduct from all the sprint work. but never had a need to be a skinny football player always did off season bulking to get as big as possible.

lol i never said he shouldent cycle....hell id never do a cut without being on a cycle...i was just saying to get shredded you need to have a good cutting diet and have to do cardio and not to rely on compounds.
of course some compounds are better to cut with than others but that doesnt mean there going to get you shredded....thats all i was saying.

ONLY purpose of gear for cutting is MAINTAINING (or gaining if you run insanity) muscle while depleted from dieting and lots of cardio.

Boom x2... will gear reduce your bodyfat levels slightly... YES... is it worth it if your diet and cardio isnt in check... NO.. I'm not saying dont cycle I'm just saying you need to be realistic about the outcome.. If you cant hit 6 or 7% without gear... what makes you think you can with it..?

Thanks for the advice i think i got exactly what i need for maintaing the mass while cutting fat. Just finished all my diet plans and shopping today, damn there goes all the shit I like to eat.
