Alright,
I have been lifting since I was 18 and see some improvement when I lift but now im almost 30 and really want to make a push for "the body" I ve always wanted... I would like to know where do I start? Ive seen a lot of diff stuff on what to do/the dont's but what really works and what doesn't... I bought some GenF20 HGH and seen no results... Is this because I wasn't taking a Testostrone supplement? I donno it's just really confusing for me and I would like to know what really works and what I need to do as far as stacking... I don't want to fall prey to another fake website promising the best results and get nothing from it again... Any help would be appreciated...
