Alright,
I have been lifting since I was 18 and see some improvement when I lift but now im almost 30 and really want to make a push for "the body" I ve always wanted... I would like to know where do I start? Ive seen a lot of diff stuff on what to do/the dont's but what really works and what doesn't... I bought some GenF20 HGH and seen no results... Is this because I wasn't taking a Testostrone supplement? I donno it's just really confusing for me and I would like to know what really works and what I need to do as far as stacking... I don't want to fall prey to another fake website promising the best results and get nothing from it again... Any help would be appreciated...

Welcome to the forum.... Just start doing some research... you'll become addicted to this site.... Lots of good info. Ask questions along the way. Like most of us, you have a lot to learn.
