Joining Military, Need Help... Out of Shape.
Hey all... I'm enlisting and unlike all of you I am out of shape. I'm 25 years old and I have 20-25 lbs of fat to lose, and I am not into weight training at all.
You all have been working out like crazy, but I want to lose weight and get muscle. I know, I know. You will all say-- diet and exercise and I will do that.
But, if I do those things AND I do one cycle would that help me lose weight faster and shape up?
I bought novaldex to cut down on gyno (prob from being so overweight) and I figured I could run run run and cut out the carbs.
Would it be beneficial to try steroids , just to lean up and drop fat, etc?
---------------------------------
I asked for advice and received this response from a vendor:
Hi, for lean muscles and fat burn , you can go with an cutting steroid
cycle, it will help you burn all the fat and will give you power.
Best products for that are - stanozolol tabs and injectables, oxandrolone
tablets , testosterone enanthate , trenbolone acetate.
A good cutting cycle can take from 6 weeks to 10 weeks.
here a good cycle example for cutting:
week of cycle / Trenbolone Acetate100 mg/ml (10 ml)/Winstrol 3 x 1ml.
Amp/[50mg/1ml] / Anavar (oxandrolone) tabs
5 mg tab
1 2 ml/week 1 ml/week 1 tab/day
2 3 ml/week 2 ml/week 2 tabs/day
3 3 ml/week 2 ml/week 2 tabs/day
4 3 ml/week 2 ml/week 2 tabs/day
5 4 ml/week 2 ml/week 3 tabs/day
6 4 ml/week 3 ml/week 3 tabs/day
7 4 ml/week 3 ml/week 3 tabs/day
8 4 ml/week 3 ml/week 3 tabs/day
9 3 ml/week 2 ml/week 2 tabs/day
Nolvadex is taken, - 10 mg per day, every day - for all !!!!
3 tabs/day means 3 tablets taken per day, 1 in the morning, noon and
night. When 2 amps / week is outlined, both can be put in one syringe; or
taken 1 amp per shot on separate days during the week!!!
Products included for Cutting steroids cycle :
* 2 vials of Trenbolone Acetate
* 21 amps of Winstrol Zambon
* 150 tablets of Anavar (Oxandrolone)Last edited by osu789; 02-26-2010 at 09:46 PM.

Honestly,
your a clown,

I hate people who think steroids are the answers to all their problems.
Your not going to do shit sitting on your ass all day.
hopefully your drill sargent whips you into shape, that will be good for you

lol wow thats a little rough. Honestly man I think that dieting and exercise is the only thing that is going to help you out. You dont have any experience in working out nor do you know what it takes dedication wise yet to reach goals in a gym. There is no reason in having you pumped up on steroids without direction. I know its not what you want to hear but its the best advice i can give you. Steroids dont work like magic and i can actually almost see you getting gyno. The military will put you into shape. Steroids are for people who have been training for years and have maxxed out their natural potential. Good luck man

What branch of service are you "trying" to join? God I hope you don't say the Marine Corps.

He said Airforce cause they dont have to do any real physical activity.
No steroids buddy, just start running and doing pushups and situps.

lol.....you guys are funny. I'd clen it up personally. You seem to be a beginner to this stuff so i'm not even gonna mention what else is out there. You need to hit the track anyway so u can pass your PT test. Running and the right diet will do wonders, and when your not running i'd throw a lil clen in there. Keep in mind i said when your not running. Don't be that guy that takes clen and goes runs. Some ppl can do it but its dangerous. Personally i'd wait til after you run.

Seriously? You people are pretty harsh. I wrote asking for advice. There's no need to be nasty. I am enlisting in the Navy, as a linguist.
I have a regimen of running, pushups, and situps now that I started. I thought I'd like to inquire about steroids because maybe they could help me morph out of being flabby.

Unfortunatley without years of experience at dieting, training, knowing how your body recovers, and knowledge of all types of compounds they aren't for you., Like stated above the only "Steroid " you need which will work for now is diet and hard work bro.. Ive been there..trust me you will do more harm than good.. I know you don't wanna listen, but its the truth.. everyone here is tryin to help bro.. Good luck with your service and god bless for joining the armed forces..

Do you know anything about clenbuterol for the days when I am not running? How much to use? Or where to get it etc?

It's not that these guys are really harsh, it's that in my short experience on here, 50% (min.) of the questions asked, the answers can be found in one of the stickies. Don't take it personally. You have to think about it. Your coming to a forum for advice that deals in Test, not the local knitting club.

Whatever branch you join will get you into whatever shape you need to be in for that specific branch. If you'd like to 'get ready' just have a regiment of running, push ups and sit ups and practice a couple of times a week, and eat less than you are now too.
It's easy, don't think too much about it. Get steroids off your mind, trust me you don't want or need to do a cycle before joining. Have the right mindset and the physical part will take care of itself.Last edited by alpmaster; 02-27-2010 at 09:28 AM.

Some good advice! One thing though, you don't necessarily want to eat less. You should eat many small meals a day, 5-6 meals a day. Just make sure you are eating the right foods. I apologize if I was one of the so-called harsh guys to comment here, but you need to put in hard work before you do anything including steroids . The best advice I can give to you is to run 3-4 days a week, do some low intensity cardio at the gym (30-45 min). Low intensity will help burn fat, but not too much muscle. I see a lot of guys just killing it on the treadmill but then they wonder why they never gain any muscle. Do your push ups and sit ups, I'd say if you can do 50 push ups without stopping and 100 crunches in 2-3 min then you will be well on your way along with a clean diet and the running.

hunden: No worries. thanks for the advice. I am aiming to meet all the PT requirements beforehand. I got 6 months to shed 30lbs, and do that.
You guys here in this forum are experts and you are all at a real advanced level, we are talking about two different levels/interests.
Lots of changes are around the bend in the military, but PT stuff isn't one of them I think.
