how many cc or ml will each vial hold? Do you have bacteriostatic water?

not sure how much the vial will hold any way to check? but it came with 1 ML of sterile water for each vial so I'm guessing 2-3 ML

If you have only 1 Ml then

every 5 IU on a insulin pin is 250iu of hcg.

absolute legend thank you very much. just to make sure I'm clear on this 5000 iu mixed with 1 ml of sterile water then inserted into a insulin pen equals 250iu is 5 units dialed on the pen.

Sounds odd to me but I could be wrong.

    If
your insulin syringe is a total of 1ml then it is graded (written number) at 0.1ml, 0.2ml, 0.3ml and so on up to 1ml. five units on that "pen" should mean one tenth of a ml (0.1ml) meaning that if you mix 5000IU in 1ml of bacteriostatic water, one tenth of a milliliter would equal 500IU. Therefore, in my line of thinking, you would need 1/20 of a milliliter or 2.5 (sub)units on a 1ml insulin syringe.

My assumption is also that it would be too difficult to draw such a small amount. You have better buy a larger vial so that you can dilute your 5000IU further...

Most slin pin are scored 10iu, 20iu, 30iu up to either 50iu which are half ml pin or 100iu which are 1ml pins.

    1ml equaling 5000iuhCG
    1/10 0r 10iu marker would be 500iu of hCG
1/20 or 5Iu marker is 259Iu of hCG

Same thing really: your full mixed vial of hCG and bact water will be about 1ML and the grading/scoring on your syringe should be the same (above), just up to 3ml.

yea but im not going to use a insulin pen not sure if the measurements are different to the syringe

Look, the bottom line is that you need 1/20 of your (1ML) mix to get a shot of approx 250IU.

I personally feel you should add more bacteriostatic water to make dosing easier (1/20 of one milliliter is ****ing small). If you get a 10ML bottle of bacteriostatic water, you would have it way easier (5000IU/10ML gives 500IU per 1ML or 250IU per 0.5ML)...
