    Question When to take orals before after

    If I was taking say winny or var in an oral form, when would be the best time of day to take it? Morning before workout, Night? There's two ways I'd be working out, one would be like now, unemployed and going to gym six days a week and my schedule if messed up so I'm up at say 11 am and at the gym by 2 so in this instance would I take before workout or after? The second would be I'm working and going to gym three to four days a week, same ? when. Maybe it's the same answer for both. I appreciate all feedback. thanx everyone.

    Neither needs to be scheduled around your workout, they’ll accumulate in your bloodstream. But because of their 8-12hr half lives, they are best/optimally taken twice daily. Take half your dose early then the second later about 8 to 12hrs apart. This type of regimen keeps them wholly active even when their first half life is expiring.

    what difference does it make to take it all at ocne or at seperate times? Speaing in terms of what it does to your body, and the difference in gains that you may see?

    IMO the best times would be:

    Morning (You just fasted for 6-8 hours, so an oral after you replenish your protein/carbs)

    Post workout (when your body is in an anabolic window to start rebuilding)

    Before bed (when the real magic of muscle repair begins)

    From what I have read here it is better to keep the substance levels equal throughout the day. If you take it all at once, your body will discard the supply (half-life) 12 hours later. You will then be left 'empty' of the substance until your next dose

    I mean.. i get its a short halflife.. but what is the diff? If you took it all in the AM as aposed to 2 or 3 times a day what difference would there be in terms of gains?

    I appreciate the replys. I was thinking if you took it before a workout you might lose it somehow threw either burning it off, swetting it out, etc. I've been taking say an hour after my workout, but it makes sense to say take half in the morning and half at night or right after workout. I was just curious, obveously I want to get the best bang from my stuff. I would also think you would want to take it alone in an hour window where your not eating or drinking fluids that much so you don't flush any away or piss it out.
