Is it true that the site you inject into will grow increasingly higher then the rest of the body? Or is this just a myth?

Myth.

Only thing that will increase size in that area for site injecting is synthol.

Then again unless you count the swelling from some of the pinning.. LOL.

No, it's a myth, just like site fat reduction. If you want a certain muscle group to "catch up" and grow faster then the rest of your muscles then simply work out that muscle group more intensily and one extra day a week then the rest of your muscles. Do that for a month and you'll see results.

Would the injected area decrease in size at all?

No it won't decrease in size. Like C-Z said, you may get swelling from the injection that lasts for a few days (I always do), but not muscle growth. The swelling goes down. The stuff injected is spread throughout the body, it doesn't affect the muscle that it's injected into.
