go on youtube and search up steroid injections or google it there is a few good videos and everything you need to no!

Max is right, I fpund a crazy amount of info on youtube...search intramuscular injections, testosterone injections, and steroid injections. There is also a few great stickies in the educational threads. ..great info,good luck
