Here is my opinion about oral only cycles. I am not the most experienced, but this is my based opinion from reading through logs and profiles.

Orals are designed to enter the bloodstream, so they must bypass the liver, which produces additional strain on the liver. Orals are also known to raise blood pressure, and cause acne/baldness rather quickly (all depnds on the oral- I am talking about the most common, dbol ). Your kidneys also suffer, if you do not drink enough water. The usual dosing protocol for orals ranges from 30-100mg. These cycles are ran from 4-6 weeks. By the time your body gets accustomed to the new mass, it is time to cycle off and begin pct. Also, gains tend to taper off around week 4.
