I am starting the INSANITY workout. It's kind of like the p90x but I have heard it is much tougher. It is strictly cardio. With a good diet and all the cardio + clen, I think I will lose weight and tone quickly...
My question is if I take all my clen in the morning, when is the best time to do this kind of workout? Should I just wait until the afternoon? Can I work out at the same time if I am getting the shakes? I ordered the dvds the other day, so they should be in a couple days, by at least Thursday...
What do you guys think?
