    Is it really worth it?

    Hey,

I'm beggining to hit that point in my life where im starting to feel it alot more... a life time of hockey, bodybuilding, working construction etc and im starting to feel it in my bones and body much more. I'm going on 26, which yes, is still young by many peoples standards but the constant demand of my day to day activities is wearing on me (hockey 4/5 days a week, in the gym the same plus my work).

My question to ya'll is, was or has it been REALLY worth it to you? If you could have done things differently, would you? Or are you happy with the choices you've made?

Some insight would be awesome if ya'll have the time... thanks!

Yes, for quality of life it is most certainly worth it.

If I could go back I wish internet sites were available in the late 80s and early 90s.

With respect to aas usage I am personally happy.
