    Newbie First Cycle Help

Hi Guys, I just got some gear and am looking to start my first cycle. Based on a friends recommendations I have 100 x 10mg tabs of Dianabol , 3 x 450 mg/ml vials of Equitest, and a bottle of Chlomid as well.
I would love to hear some suggestions on how much of each to use in a cycle? and do I even have enough gear? I spent quite a penny here and hope I don't have to buy more right away. Is this enough for a cycle?
    any help is greatly appreciated!!

First thing never listen to your friends recommendations,
    What are your stats?
How long have you been training for?

Ya but we all listen to them at some point which is why we call them friends.
I have worked out roughly 3-4 days a week for about 5 years. I am lean, but muscular. I am 6'2, 175 lbs, 12 % bodyfat.
    Very Fit and Active.

I'm 35 years old, I would like to gain about 15-20 Lbs if possible. I am a hard gainer by nature and consume approx 4000 cals a day. I eat good, and maintain a good carb/protein/fat intake as my wife is a nutrionist.
I am not too worried about the diet. I am more concerned with how much of a cycle I can make out of the gear I have.

    man ur skinny...
i find it hard to believe you take in a true 4000 cals a day and still only weigh 175lbs.

post up ur daily food intake, meaning ur daily eating if u dont mind...cause if this isnt right, no gear will help you..

EVERYBODY has their diet down before they cycle.... so nobody needs to worry about the diet part......

I myself was guilty of this.... so the first 7 weeks of my cycle weren't as progressive as I would have liked.

Post those 4,000 calorie macros bro!

i was only 160 in my 20's while consuming only an average of a bout 2500 cals. so I have gained some weight just by consuming more. I can post a diet plan when I sit down and chart all the calories. this wasn't intended to be a diet plan issue, that is not the question I posted. But I can see by the response it's turned into one. thanks anyway.

I'm not trying to flame you, but there is no way that you consume 4000 calories a day and maintain 175 lbs. Unless you run like 10 miles a day, it's just not possible.

Head to the 'diet' section. There is a thread at the top called ' so you wanna learn how to diet'. It is a video, about an hour long, but broken down in small parts. It is the single most important video on this website. It will change your life.

Once you see this, you will be amazed at how quickly you put on size. Nutrition is so much more important than gear.

    Good luck.

Well that actually would be enough for a cycle if you want the answer to your question. The guys only ask the other stuff so they don't give advice to the wrong young kid. But if you feel confident in your diet and don't plan on changing it, then i would say go ahead and cycle with dbol as your jump start for 4 weeks and then take the equitest for the remainder of the 12-14 week cycle.

    Good luck bro,
