I know 99.9% of you guys are going to recommend to GET OFF AAS immediately, but I'm already on and need to reach my goals as fast as possible. Yes, I am very impatient, reason i hopped on AAS. I've done some trolling and have read the advice you long term users give regarding age, to not use them below the age of 25. I'm aware of that and lets face it, a lot of you guys hopped on it at a young age tooTrying to get to about 185-195 lean and toned.
With that aside, I have used 1 bottle of test E 300 a few months ago and when I got my second bottle, it was a fake and completely threw me off and got off it without even doing PCT. Now, I went down the border and picked up 21ml's of 250mg dosages containing 200mg of test E and 50mg of test P, almost a 12 week cycle. Now, I have prior experience with nutrition from my last bottle( gained 14lbs with that first bottle, food consumption and calories were good, not great but good ) so not a complete newb, or maybe not. Diet wise, I know how much carbs, fats and protein intake I have to consume. In the ball park of 300 proteins, 3-400 carbs and around 1-200 fats a day, to gain mass. What i need advice on, is on WHAT to EAT. I'm getting really annoyed and bored of my current diet. Which consists of:
Eggs
Around 16 oz of chicken breasts daily with veggies
Turkey burgers
Tuna
High protein shake
Currently I eat around 5-6 meals a day, poor I know, that's why I need some advice. I'm trying to find some meals that are actually some what good, taste wise and very high in protein. So input on what you guys personally like and eat will be greatly appreciated. I'm currently watching those 6 dieting videos in the DIET section, to gain more knowledge with this
Now, I'm on my 12th shot which is due tomorrow, and I'm up approximately 13lbs since I started. My current workouts are not cutting it anymore because I don't get as sore as when I first started the cycle. I know it's also due to the recovery time once test e kicks in. So I need advice with training routines too. Same as diet, if you could please post what current work out you are on and how the results are coming out with you. I'm just on a 2 day split right now, 1 leg day and 1 upper body day. 3-4 day routines would be my preferenceAlso, it seems that it is very hard to grow your lower body, so intense workouts for legs is greatly welcomed.
As far as PCT, which will be coming in 6 short weeks, what should I run? I found Nolvadex down across the border, 100 pills@ 10mg for 30$. What other drug do you guys recommend and what dosages?
