I know where you got your Var from and it is definitely legit. Very good stuff. The reason they say it is 4x more potent is because doses usually come in 2.5mg (for prescription purposes). Multiply that by four and you get 10mg pills. It doesn't mean it is more potent, but the stuff is definitely overdosed.
I am kickstarting my cycle with Tbol right now, I am on day 11 and my strength is going up, I feel pumped as hell, and getting a lot more vascular. I am ending the cycle with Var because I like it a lot better at the end of a cycle. I think it's more useful there then as a kickstart.
To answer your question in your original post, if you want to kickstart to add size and strength without the bloat, then definitely use Tbol, without question.
