overwieght and looking for help
Hey what's up guys and girls if ur reading this well my question is I'm 300 lbs sitting right around 29% bf and was wondering when I start my test and deca cycle if that will help eat away of some of that fat I have done a ton of research and hear diffrent things I hear its gona make me bigger and stronger but will the bf dissaper with that will love any feed back thank you

DIET + CARDIO!
Jacks magic beans have been off the market a long time. The only thing you can do is hit the diet section. And get on a treadmill. Running anything at that bf% increases risks greatly! Nothing will eat away at the bf. Unless you want to slurp down a tapeworm.... Ive heard it works... LOL.. JP

You will see ten times the results if you diet right. Test wont do you any good at this point in time.

Here comes the shit.......
First off, welcome. You came to the right place. Getting people like you educated is what we do here.
Two things to start off with: 1. Fat and muscle are two very different things. You can't turn fat into muscle. You must lose the fat so the muscle underneath comes shining through. 2. Steroids build muscle, they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to burn fat.
Now got that out of the way. Two biggest and most proven fat burners ever: diet and cardio. That is what you need right now. And ONLY what you need right now.
You have stumbled on to this forum, looking for advice on an ill conceived cycle. What you are going to get is world class information on diet. Head over to the 'diet' section and talk to those guys. They are the real geniuses on this board. This is information that should cost you a lot of money, and they do it for free on this site.
I'll let someone else talk about health risks of doing steroids at your body fat %. You will get several replies. We have several members here that have dropped over a hundred pounds each, with the advice given here.

Yea I run/walk a nile everyday and I have a really good diet I used to weigh 475 and cut out junk food and fast food my legs are solid and my arm are also its pretty much just my mid section I'm also 6'3my doc said I'm the heathly person he has ever seen just over wieght

Yeah dude if you actually do start pinning, and mind you I WAS 30% BF TOO, your going to grow some serious breast tissue, have horrible mood swings, basically all those sides you hear about people getting, they WILL HAPPEN... and not just a little bit.
My best advice is this: Start a good 3,000 cal diet cuz at your size you will still lose a good amount of weight. Walk the treadmill for 45 a day at like 3.0-3.8 speed. No I don't mean 15 minutes at a time 3 times a day or something. That won't raise your heartrate for at least 30 min, just do the cardio, it sucks but we all get over it sometime.
Once you get the BF% down to like 15% you should look at juicing, but nothing more then that. Ideally you should be at like 12-15% unless your entering a strongman competition and your 7 feet tall, but I don't wana kill it for you too bad.
Honestly, after like 6 months you'll feel WAY better and be glad you waited to juice.

Overweight people tend to have higher estrogen levels.
Blood pressure becomes a big issue as well.

No doubt man, you are in the best place besides the gym, to learn how to lose fat, and build muscles. I applaud you for taking the plunge in getting your life back in order. I hope just like slimy does that you get to the diet section and let them help you. Again there are guys who have dropped almost 100lbs in just over a year give or take. So please stick with us and its gonna be the best choice you made this lifetime.

Yes I am gona stick around fur sure that is the whole resone I join I did a lot of reading on here before I even thought about it so thank u guys for all the info

...And is extremely strict about dieting before juice from what i've read from him. lol. I'm at like 15% possibly 2 or 3 percent higher, and after I read some of what he has to say I looked at my diet and decided against pinning for another like 6 mo. so I get optimal gains.

Peoper diet and cardio is a definet but steroids ABSOLUTELY help burn fat.

ill def agree with everyone who said diet and cardio. and wow 475-300...congrats on that accomplishment. if you have the will to drop that kind of weight then you have the will to drop more before cycling!
