I am 23 yrs old and have been lifting for about 8 years now with a few breaks here and there, but for the most part 3-5 times a week. I am 5'11 an 185-195lbs my weight moves back and fourth. And if i had to guess my body fat it would probally be anywhere between 13-16%. I am looking to gain solid strength gains with some mass but also would like to stay some what cut. I am really new at this and sorry if the information is not all here.
