Hit nerve in delt boy doe's it ever kill

So on Friday I did my last injection of T400 in my left Delt when I injected myself my muscle started twitching I knew I hit a nerve but kept on going.Boy did I ever feel it on Sunday wow thought I would have to get my arm amputated never in my life have I ever had so much pain I tried working out my arms last night I had to quit with in the hour my arm was killing me so bad. anyone ever get this?? I always do it in the glute but thought I would change locations since I get really bad Knots in my glutes. Anyone get this??

to many times to count.... actually i prefer my delts over all other spots.
wait till you get hard and u get the squirt of blood like a super soaker.. removed the pressure and squirt.. freaked out the first time it happened.

Yes I have hit that nerve in there before! Started twitching like crazy! Freaked me out so I withdrew and hit another spot. Arm was sore for a few days but after that I was fine....hope I never find that sucker again I am doing delts EOD right now.
