    I need some advice for my first cycle please.

    What's up people? I'm going to start my first cycle of sustanon and deca to add mass to my frame for about 12 weeks. I'm 26 years old 5'7 170 LBS. I've read online that this is a good beginners cycle. My problem and question is, what is the correct weekly dosing of both sustanon and deca? And what do i use for gyno? I read clomid and nolvadex, but when do i start using them in my cycle and how much? When would i stop using it also? Another question is, am i suppose to use something for water retention and HCG? People tell me if i don't use these things than i wont keep any gains when im off the cycle. any advice would be great. thank you.

    WK 1-12 Sust at 250MG X2 a wk, shot every 3.5 days. Monday morning and thursday night.
    PCT Nolva wk 1-2 40MG ed wk 3-4 20MG
    Clomid wk 1 at 100MG wk 2-4 50MG

    Leave the Deca for now, see how you react to test first. You will gain sufficiently on test only cycle and a good diet. Search the diet forums and let them help you out. Research this site, very good info all over. As for the HCG, you won't need it now. You will need it when you have enough knowledge and more than 1 cycle under your belt. When you know enough, you will know when and how to use. Research is key. Good luck

    I agree with dropping the deca. One compound for first cycle.

    On another note, you are quite small. Steroids are not going to put size on you. Food puts size on you. So, before you do your first injection, I would like to send you over to the 'diet' section. There is a thread at the top "so you wanna learn how to diet". It's a video, about an hour long, but broken down in small parts. Watch a few today, few tommorrow, take a week and finish the whole thing. That is the single most important thread on this entire website. That video will change your life.

    I ,like you, am a typical hardgainer. I, also like you, had no idea how to eat for size. Just watch the video, man.

    No castle...you shouldn't use yet. You obviously didn't do much research bc your asking a lot of elementary questions. Wait a little bit before you cycle and get the basics down, you should, with a proper diet, be able to put on 15-20 pounds to your frame. I never understand why people give advice (meaning dosages) to people who just aren't ready, always floors me.

    Ive been training for a year now. my diet is:

    breakfast: protein shake mixed with pineapple juice, glutamine, banana, blueberries. Half hour later oatmeal mixed with walnuts, protein powder, flaxseeds and apple.

    Lunch: 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs with cheese and turkey and 2 slices of whole wheat toast.

    Dinner: pasta or brown rice with chicken and broccoli.

    between meals i have snacks like fruits, fiber bars, or MR shakes.

    Usually i eat another extra meal of sweet potatoes chicken breast and broccoli.

    This would be why your not building muscle or putting on any weight, your caloric intake is WAY to low

    More whole foods. First off let me ask you this...How many cals do you think you take in on an avg day? and how many grams of Proteins do you think you take in on an avg day?

    Calories many 2,000? Im not sure. protein about 100 grams

    You may want to think about doing a little more research on the subject before you jump in headfirst. To have so many questions on the basics shows you have done little to no research at all. It looks as if from your questions and diet you have no clue what you are about to do.

    well if you looking to gain your gonna wanna bump your cals as high as 4,000 and your protein about 1.5-2G per LB of body weight so thats anywheres between 255-340G. With the sample diet you posted i doubt you are even touching 2000 cals. You are a far ways from where your diet needs to be. To sum up you gonna need to at least double your current cal intake and more then double your protein intake.
