    need advice !! beginner cycle

    IF I ran 200mg prop for 12 weeks and dbol 30mg though 6 weeks. ( my first inject )

    my friend who know well about the drug, advice me to inject the test just 200prop for the first and see the react of the test and then next cycle maybe increase

    the question is

    what's about my cycle is it ok ?

    prop on 200mg for 12 weeks and dbol 30mg 6 weeks are too less for the first gain ?

    should i increase test ?

    6'0

    176lbs

    For starters I would research some beginner test cycles.
    At the same time hop over to the diet section and make sure thats in check 100%.

    IMO test prop at 200mg a week isnt worth shutting down your natty test for.

    A beginner test cycle (if you did some reading you would find info on this) should be a test e or test c cycle at 400-500 mg per week. Longer ester tests means less pinning. You can choose to run the d-bol I would run for weeks 1-4. It is optional you will see good results from test only as long as your diet and training are in check.

    Do some research though and then repost...your doing the right thing by getting info from the guys on this board they know there stuff.

    Bump Bestguy. Your a little too young by 2 yrs or so and your kinda inexperienced when it comes to lifting, only 2 yrs in...well you should still be making fairly decent strides in the gym. Also at 6ft? your on the light side to turn to gear. You should/could (with the right diet) add another 25-30lbs naturally onto your frame. Your friend may know more then you do but doesnt sound like he knows much at all. Stay on here read and research.

    thanks all you guy, diet and training i'm sure that already in check because for last 2 years I study about diet and training before come to this board
    overall diet is like

    chicken breast 700 grams ( devide in 5 meal )

    2 scoop of whey in the morning with oat-meal

    and a lot of complex carb including some p-nut butter.

    is it not good that 200mg not worth to shut natural test down ? ( I really don't know )

    my friend told me like you said that 200mg will not shut the natural down so maybe is the reason whey he picked 200mg for me. and the question is

    I had research with beginner cycle before and some steroid profile those suggest to effective dose to 350mg of test and beginner test suggest to 400-500mg 12 weeks

    so I have a quesetion that if i run 200mg of prop 12 weeks + dbol 30mg 6 weeks that's ok ? or it's too less for gain mass ?

    i'm concern that 200mg and db30mg will not work or make a different that's all.

    ps. test-e in thailand is expensive than prop triplex so that's way i'm choose prop

    i'm trying to increase a lean mass not a fat . I saw everyone in this board trying to let's everyone gain more weight but if you really know that lean mass is very hard hard to increase maybe just 1 kg for 1 month that's so lucky for me ( i mean in natural ) so i don't see the point that gain weight with fat

    Well if thats your diet then no, its not in check. And 200mg is going to be worthless to run and a waste of money at that.

    could you explain in more detail that how is my diet in not in check and how is 200mg going to be worthless and waste of money

    I will appriciate that because I will reconsider in my diet and fix somethings that's not work.

    You not taking enough food into your body...plain and simple. Go to the diet forum and read up there.

    200mg isn't enough to get any type of solid results, thus your wasting your money with such a low dose. And why shut down your system when you won't even seen the results from it?

    Your natty test levels are for most around 150 a week (everyone is diff) but regardless of what you take it will shut you down so yo should make it worth it.

    More importantly I hope you have looked into pct (very important)

    As e police stated you are a bit young and I won't go into detail why that's bad I'll say like I did before research bro it's not worth the consequnces and it's not smart to medicate before yo educate!

    Your diet is horrible I would def encourage u to go to the diet section get that straight and then hit the gym and gain more natural mass you can do it with proper training and diet.

    u need to eat son, then when done, eat some more, then keep eating....

    the proposed cycle is a waste, DO NOT RUN..
