    Exclamation Winny Mistake

    So I'm an idiot. I started lifting with a guy who has juiced a lot and told him all I wanted to do was get shredded and maintain my muscle, and he recommended I run some winny alone. I've run clen before, but have never wanted to run any hard steroid, and I don't want to stick myself with a pin. Winstrol sounded like it would give me what I wanted so I got myself a 50-day cycle of 50mg pills, and I'm about 25 days in. I have certainly noticed an increase in strength and my overall look is pretty well built, but I haven't noticed much in terms of fat loss. I started reading deeper into the effects of winny and everything I have heard is very discouraging. I love women, and a wimpy limpy would fckn kill me, and I would hate to have my balls shrivel up. I love my body and would hate for anything irreversible to happen.

    So after you all flame me for being a noob, would you please give me some advice as to what I should do? Should I just stop taking it immediately and stick to a strict diet and cardio, or could that also have some adverse side affects? Thanks for all of your help and I wish I had come here first before jumping into something I know very little about.

    From what I've read, winny doesn't aromatize and cause gyno. What kind of pct would I use, or am I wrong?

    nolva 40/20/20/20
    clomid 100/50/50/50

    since you are noob... that means 40mg/day wk1 followed by 20mg/day wk2 and so forth same with clomid

    you can also run clen while doing your pct if you want

    for all: understand when ppl say dont take steroids - 1/3 is cuz you are too young, 1/3 is cuz you dont have the diet right, 1/3 is cuz you have no idea what your doing!!

    so get this - if you study and research the drug you are going to use you will find out why to use it and how to use it, then you can make a plan to achieve a goal.

    if you just jump on aas randomly with out a goal you wont get what you hoped for... common sense right?

    and one more thing cutting = diet... research that tooooooo

    3 weeks of winny @ 50mgs/day is not gonna do much, but still may shut you down a bit. A full PCT would be overkill IMO, but I would still recommend at least 2 weeks of Nolva @ 20mgs/day. You'll be fine.... but then hit the brakes, heed their advice, and DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST next time! Good luck.

    Good advice all around and if you are looking to get shredded you need to lock down your diet and hit the cardio hard. That is all there is to it. The aas will help you to maintain muscle, and give you some benefits like strength, muscle hardening, and vascularity but the fat loss come mostly from diet and cardio.

    if the guy that told you about it knew so much he would ahve at least told you to run test with it as a base

    agreed...100%. winny is used for cutting cycles but from dudes i know who run winny they do a ton of cardio while using it and eat cleaner than most people would ever think to eat lol.
