t3+clen info
I'm thinking about running clen again, this would be my 2nd time. The first time I had some success with it and went from a really soft 6'1~2'' 255 lbs to 250, a little bit dryer looking, and I had some changes in my tricep and front quad appearence most noteably.
First time I ran it I ramped up the dose from 40mcg to 120mcg then back down to 60mcg over the course of 2 weeks, waited, then did the same for another 2 weeks.
It's been about 5 months and I want to cut down to about 12~13% from 17% BF. I know, a pretty big goal.
I do not know much about t3, but I've read that it helps regulate a healthy thyroid while on clen/aas and can aid in the cutting process. If anybody could further educate me on what it will do for me while on clen and what I realistically can expect from another 2 month cut with clen and t3 that'd be great.
Thanks

Bump. I don't mind a little muscle loss, just wanna get down to a more manageable bf level so when I do decided to go to the darkside, I wont have a hard time with sides/fat gain. Any advice here will be appreciated.

I read up on everything having to do with T3 and I planned out a T3/Clen cycle a good bit ago. I did not run it with test. Results where good, but They are the same results I acheived without T3 in the past. I just took a little less time. Still needed a good diet and cardio. However, I will never use T3 again because the bennefit was not enough to warrant the negative. After coming off I just could not maintain what I acheived. Diet was right where it should be, however I was getting still starting to get soft. It took a major change to my diet to keep the fat off and then at the expense of muscle loss. I don't know why that happened, I can't tell you if it will happen to you, but it did happen to me and it took a looking time for my tyroid and metabolism to kick back in to normal levels. I followed a reasonable doseing schedule and did a ton of research to make sure I was doing it right. I did it right, but it eventually did more harm than good.

Sounds like the stuff isn't what I'm looking for lol. I just want what the clen did for me, I had read the t3 aids in this but I don't want it to burn a hole in me.

I dunno if you want to assume that, It's a beta-2 antagonist, if you go too high on the doseage I can imagine that it wouldn't be a good thing. I don't know at what point though.

yeah for real, **** that, ill just raise my clen levels up if anything, they say clen can be catabolic, but even if it is, THERES NO WAY its anywhere near as catabolic as T3 so upping my test dose will definatley prevent muscle loss from clen.
