    weird thread, but gas/acne issues

    whats a good med for acne for "sensitive skin" im 3 weeks into my first test prop cycle, and ive got monster zits in sensitive spots. groin, lining my butt checks, you know the worst possible spots. i hear accutane can be rough. is there anything that will clear this up gently?

    also, on this cycle this is the first time im hitting the 5,000-6,000 calorie mark. my diet consists mostly of eggs, steak, salmon, chicken, tuna, and tilapia for protein, my veggies i slack on, maybe a salad a day. for carbs i take in ww toast, yams, mashed taters, oats, whole wheat pasta, and rice, outside evoo, i get my fats from my eggs and meat, and 2 tbsp of coconut oil in my oats, and flax in my shakes.

    what im getting at is my diets very basic and plain at this point just excessive, but I HAVE THE WORST GAS EVER. you'd think im eating 40 eegsalad sandwhiches a day. it consistent and atrocious.

    any tips anyone knows to carb this? maybe im over eating is the problem

    my girlfriend literally is on the verge of leaving everynight from my gas.

    Dawn dish soap twice a day in the shower.

    A good OTC BP acne cream with alcohol carrier.

    Beano for the gas, it's a OTC bottle you can get at any pharmacy.

    I personally used tea tree oil for my acne last cycle worked a treat dried them up real good check this out:

    I would also try to eat more veggies. We rely on the insoluble fiber in them to keep things moving, so to speak. The lack of fiber combined with a large increase in calories could be contributing to your gas issue.

    Get some minocycline prescribed for the acne. Its mild and works well. Stay away from accutane
