first cycle

hey all, need some advice on first cycle
week 1-4 sus250mgs and deca 250mgs
week5-10 sus375mgs and deca 375mgs

is this ok for first cycle.
any help/advice would be much appreciated

That is a god awful cycle. Stick to one compound (Test) at one dose through-out the whole cycle. What are your stats?

86kg 6ft tall bout 15% body fat 28 years old train 3-4 days week. diet pretty well.

Have you read any of the threads on beginner cycles at all? It clearly states what a first cycle should be. You should look into those. What do you have for PCT?

my good god, what a cycle that is. I suggest you do what cobra said and look up on beginner cycles.

First cycle:

Test E, 250Mg 2x a week Total of 500Mg a week.
run the cycle of 12 weeks.

1: he doesnt like the thought of injections, its been a phobia of his since he was a kid, and 2: he weighs just 11 stone, plenty of room for growth if he sorts his diet out as he obviously isnt eating right.
