thinking of starting my first cycle, test e 500mg/week, for 10 weeks.

    30 years old
    ok bodyfat
    good diet
9 years of training exp, weighed 140 lbs when i first started.

That amount of cardio should be fine to keep some fat in check on a bulking cycle, maybe up it to 45min-1hour even.

The amount of cardio you do is based on your goals. You can cut weight on that cycle or you could make some big strength gains and add some size. Diet and cardio will determine the outcome.

guess what i wanted to know is if doing more like five times a week or longer duration would cross over into the burning muscle insted of fat area.

    thanks again guys

If you do low intensity like you have been doing at 125-135 bpm 30min-1 hour you will definatly not burn muscles and it will be good for you hearth, BP and keeping fat in check (assuming you are bulking on this cycle).

    Best!

I did my share of cardio on test my HR was through the Roof, I went from avg 130 bpm to 150 bpm. I would mix it a bit though If I was you instead of running everyday maybe you should ride a spinn bike every other day. It easier on your joints and after some time your body will get so use to just running it wont burn fat as effective as it once did.

I always advocate plyometrics for cardio. It adds resistance training to cardio. I find it the best way to lose fat. Lower intensity biking, running, elliptical, or rowing machine is great to keep the fat in check while cycling. Like hankdiesel said, diet is the other key point in making sure you grow muscles and reduce fat.
