So I am new to all this. I workout religiously and lift regularly but am about to do my first cylce my friend suggested a stack of Test-Tran-Winny
Does that sound okay?
What are some side effects of those?
Did you have any bad acne with any of those? If so how did you combat it?
First thing dont listen to your friend and defo dont do that stack.

Dont ever listen to people in the gym about what to run, most people have no clue about what is what.
Educate urself, read the stickies, listen to the Vets like Marcus and many others, and most importantly DONT RUN THAT CYCLE
For your first cycle just keep it simple. Single ester test / rest / PCT - simple. The cycle your friend told you to take is too much. If you get sides you won't have a clue which compound is the problem. How will you make adjustments when you don't know which one is the root of the problem?
yea man stick to a simple test. its your first cycle so keep it simple.. you will still explode.
