question about sterilizing gear vet or senior member help

i have some test cyp 200 mg. my friend took it and it was his first time taking anything he took it with a 1 inch 22 gauge pin. he did his first shot ever in the dealt. i know where the stuff comes from the guys all have good gains who use it. i read somewhere that you can biol the bottle but have to put a pin up top to let the ba out. can someone help me out with make sure its sterile. my friend got felt like shit and than was sore. thn a few days later it was red from his delt to elbow. he did one cc. like i said he never even took test before any help would be great

you sure your friend knows what he is doing??...200 mgs of cyp shouldnt do that at all..unless he he didnt know how to inject...

i was thinking the same thing the guy tried to say because he never did test before and he should have done glute and not delt.
